When authorized practitioners make purchases through this website, such purchases are governed by these Terms of Sale. We may modify the Terms of Sale from time to time, and your purchase of any products after such modifications take effect constitutes your agreement to the modified Terms of Sale. Your use of the website is also subject to the separate Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Only licensed practitioners in the United States who are authorized by Nokomis are permitted to purchase products at this website. A licensed practitioner means a licensed acupuncturist, naturopath, nutritionist, or other practitioner with a license or certification in the health field. By placing an order for products, you represent and warrant that you are a licensed practitioner.
1. PURCHASE RESTRICTIONS
Nokomis products are intended for practitioners’ patients for their personal use. By placing an order for products, you agree that you will only sell Nokomis products to your patients for their personal use. Products can only be shipped to addresses within the United States.
There is no limit on the number of products a practitioner can purchase during a given period of time.
2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We try to provide accurate depictions and descriptions of our products, but we cannot guarantee that product descriptions, colors, dimensions, and details or other content on this website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. Furthermore, colors and other details that you see on your computer may vary from the actual product. We cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display the details of our products. If a product offered on this website is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition.
3. PRICING INFORMATION
We cannot confirm the price of an item until after you have placed your order, as pricing errors may occur on the website. We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from us. We may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND BILLING
By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the product(s) ordered. You agree to provide accurate billing information, and providing inaccurate information may result in order cancellation. Before we accept and process an order, we may also request that you provide additional information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified through our efforts to avoid fraud and/or account abuse.
We reserve the right to limit availability of, and/or to discontinue, any content, product, or other feature described or available on our site to any person, entity, geographic area, or jurisdiction, at any time and in our sole discretion, and to limit the quantities and/or cancel orders of any content, product, or other feature that we provide.
If your order is canceled after we have processed payment, we will issue a credit. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
5. RETURNS AND WARRANTIES
All sales are final. Nokomis will only accept returns in the event of any product defect, in which case a full refund including any initial shipping charges will be provided.
6. SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
Unless otherwise explicitly stated, you are solely responsible for paying all shipping and processing charges and all sales, use, and other taxes relating to your purchases.
